Primo Brands is seeking a Route Sales Delivery Driver to service a designated Baltimore territory. You will provide premium customer service, operate a CMV safely, and help grow revenue while complying with DOT rules.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with training provided. Benefits include health, retirement, paid time off, and more, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Primo Brands provides CDL assistance where available.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry ~250+ units daily, up to 45 lbs.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete DOT daily.
• Deliver products to accounts and maintain accurate cash/receipts.
• Provide courteous, professional service and build route density.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support leadership.
• Sell across full product portfolio and meet monthly customer goals.
