Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Delivery Driver to service a Newark, DE territory. The role emphasizes premium customer service, safety, and growth through direct delivery of beverages to residential, commercial, and retail accounts.

Average earnings are around $94,000 per year (base pay plus uncapped commissions after training); training and route support are provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must obtain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement where applicable.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 45 lbs each.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service within a designated territory (residential, commercial, retail).
• Accelerate growth and revenue while working safely.
• Operate a commercial vehicle and complete DOT required documentation daily.
• Deliver to customers and manage cash/receipts for accounts.
