Job summary

Primo Brands in Akron, OH is seeking a driver/route professional to safely operate a commercial vehicle, service a route with 50+ stops daily, and build lasting customer relationships.

The role starts early (6–7 am), is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000, and a yearly compensation of $61,160 plus tips; a broad benefits package supports health, retirement, and growth.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and climb stairs.
• Some travel may be required.
• Basic computer/data entry and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform inspections.
• Manage customer base with 50+ stops per day.
• Use handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.
• Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.
• Complete service calls and resolve customer issues.
• Protect company assets and collect payments.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers and upsell products.
