Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers efficiently, on time, and with courteous service.
• Maintain accounts according to published schematics and ensure proper distribution.
• Secure and control inventory across all routes; promote new products.
• Submit daily paperwork including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Operate handheld device for route records and keep proper records for accounts.
• Load/unload cases using handtrucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to DOT time regulations and safety procedures; comply with all PPE and safety rules.
• Perform routine pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle service reports.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes.
