Job summary

Prairie Farms in Monticello, IN is seeking a Route Driver to support delivery and pickup of creamery products. This role requires a valid Class A CDL with air brake and manual transmission endorsements and a professional, safety-conscious approach.

You will operate company-owned or leased trucks, perform vehicle inspections, maintain documentation, and provide excellent customer service while following GMPs and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with air brake and manual transmission endorsements.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and all safety rules and policies.
• Operate company-owned or leased trucks over 4 tons to support shipping and receiving.
• Transport, pick up, and relocate creamery products and materials as assigned.
• Conduct pre-, during-, and post-operation vehicle inspections; complete maintenance reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during all pickup and delivery activities.
• Maintain certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
• Complete required documentation for bookkeeping and inventory tracking.
• Perform additional duties to support team operations and maintain professional appearance.
