Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Alabama is seeking a Route Trainee CDL to perform touch freight, delivery, stocking, and merchandising in retail outlets. You will unload products from the route truck, set up displays, and maintain company standards while communicating store issues to management.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a Class A CDL, read/write/speak English, and comply with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and transports products from the route truck to retail outlets.
• Responsible for merchandising all product inside the outlet to company standards.
• Sets up merchandise and sales promotion display.
• Communicates any store level issue to management.
• Complies with DOT rules for driving purposes.
