Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of a commercial vehicle to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels and safety equipment are in proper working order.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes including highways, residential areas, and alleys.
• Interact courteously with dispatchers and other personnel to ensure timely and professional service.
• Maintain readiness of the vehicle to minimize downtime and complete required reports and documents.
• Assist with manual collection of materials, including emptying garbage/recycling carts and yard waste bags.
