Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a motivated Class B CDL Driver to join its Shred team. You will lead daily shred operations, driving a 26-foot truck on assigned routes with about 30 stops, and service customer shred bins with precision.

The role requires a valid CDL B (A welcomed but paid at B rates), at least 1 year of route driving, and ability to perform significant physical labor daily. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required; Class A is welcome, but pay is set at Class B rates.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience in a busy city environment.
• Must be able to perform substantial physical labor daily (pushing, pulling, squatting, walking up to 7 miles, 65–250 lbs).
• Must be at least 21 years old for commercial driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shred operations by driving a 26-foot automatic truck on assigned routes (avg. 30 stops) and managing secure delivery and servicing of customer shred bins.
• Use handheld Zebra scanner to track bin service and manage daily route activity.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety procedures while providing excellent customer service.
