Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a motivated CDL B Commercial Driver to join our Transportation team in the Seattle (Kent), WA area. The role focuses on safely operating a commercial vehicle, servicing and delivering shred bins, and providing excellent customer service.

You will follow DOT regulations, utilize scanners for route tracking, and work a Monday–Friday schedule. The position offers health and retirement benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within a global leader

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License; Class A is welcome, but pay is set at Class B rates.
• Minimum 1 year route driving experience in a busy city environment.
• Physically capable of pushing, pulling, squatting and walking up to 7 miles per day while moving bins 65–250 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet commercial driving and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shred operations by driving a 24 or 26-foot automatic truck on assigned routes (avg. 30 stops).
• Use a handheld Zebra scanner to track bin service and route activity.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety procedures while delivering outstanding customer service.
