Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class B CDL Driver to join our Shred team. You will provide secure, route-based shredding services to a base of customers, combining driving with hands-on labor on a daily basis.

You’ll operate a 26-foot truck, perform 30 stops on typical routes, use a Zebra scanner for tracking, and ensure DOT compliance while delivering professional service as the face of Iron Mountain. Onboarding includes safety training and company-paid uniforms.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License required.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience in a busy city environment.
• Ability to perform substantial physical labor, including lifting and moving bins weighing 65–250 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shred operations by driving a 26-foot automatic truck on assigned routes with approx. 30 stops and service of customer shred bins.
• Use handheld Zebra scanner to track bin service and daily route activity.
• Ensure DOT compliance and uphold safety and security procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
