Job summary

Primo Brands, a leading beverage company, seeks a Flexible FT Route Service Delivery Driver in Chatsworth, CA. You will provide premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, deliver products on schedule, and upsell additional items while maintaining accurate account details.

The role requires operating a CMV safely, DOT compliance, and the ability to lift heavy loads, with a starting pay of $26.67 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B and airbrake endorsement may be required for applicable routes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Must be able to work independently in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 60 lbs per item, 250+ units daily).
• Strong English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Deliver products to customers at scheduled times and locations.
• Upsell additional products and maintain accurate account cash/receipts.
• Provide water dispenser cleaning services following quality processes.
• Support team and leadership with efficiency improvements and responsive service.
