Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Flexible FT Route Service Delivery Driver based in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on premium customer service for residential, commercial, and retail customers, with upselling opportunities and strict adherence to safety and DOT requirements. Reporting location is Rochester, NY.

Compensation is $61,160 per year plus weekly tips. Start between 6 and 7 am, Monday–Friday with Saturday work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Follow safety policies, including no use of electronic devices while driving.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and upsell products.
• Deliver products to customers on schedule and maintain delivery information.
• Maintain accounts, cash handling, and receipts for each route.
• Collaborate with team to improve efficiency and outcomes.
