Waste Pro is seeking energetic CDL drivers to join our team in Clarksville, TN. You will deliver and unload containers for commercial customers, adhere to DOT rules, and maintain a safe, clean truck while providing courteous service.

This role requires a Class A or B CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to read and communicate in English. We offer a sign-on bonus and a driver award program recognizing excellence.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license required, clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Understanding of DOT regulations and requirements for CMVs.
• Good reading and written communication in English.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and maintain records.
• Customer service oriented with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hooks and lifting as described; ensure proper tarp and straps.
• Provide courteous, expeditious service to customers and the public.
• Answer questions and direct inquiries to Customer Service or Sales when needed.
• Operate and maintain refuse collection equipment and trucks.
• Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and document DVIR per safety procedures.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and report any mechanical issues.
