Job summary

Waste Pro USA is hiring energetic CDL drivers for Roll-Off duties in Clarksville, TN. Drivers deliver and empty large containers for commercial customers and must meet DOT requirements with a clean driving record.

Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL, be at least 21, and perform pre/post-trip inspections. The role emphasizes safe operation, customer service, and maintaining a clean vehicle.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required with a valid license for the work state.
• Clean driving record and eligibility to drive commercial vehicles.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Understands refuse collection policies, DOT/state requirements for CMVs.
• Hearing and vision within normal limits, with/without correction.
• Able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Able to read and write English well for communication and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook to container; pull container up on the truck bed and secure with straps and tarps.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward company and customers.
• Answer customer questions and direct to Customer Service or Sales for more information.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform Daily Pre- and Post-Trip inspections per Waste Pro procedures and DOT guidelines; complete DVIR daily.
• Keep truck clean and wash exterior weekly; inspect under hood and around vehicle; check fluids and tires.
