• Valid CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Able to operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Roll Off Truck on assigned routes.

• Transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Follow safety and vehicle operation protocols at all times.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical or safety issues promptly to management.
• Maintain clear route documentation using onboard tech.
• Keep vehicle clean and professional for customers.
• Assist teammates and other operations as needed.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.

Your Role

As a CDL Roll Off Driver, you'll safely operate a Roll Off Truck while servicing customers along assigned routes. You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate aRoll Off Truckon assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.

• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal Waste & Recycling professionally.

What You'll Bring

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
