Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a CDL Automated Side Loader Driver to safely operate an automated side loader truck and service customers along assigned routes. You will collect, transport, and dispose of materials while delivering excellent customer service and representing Coastal professionally.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, reporting issues, and using onboard technology for route documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Safe operation of commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Automated Side Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers on route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Use onboard tech to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional vehicle.
