Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Driver with a Class B CDL to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal for customers.

The driver will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, complete daily VCRs, and maintain high service levels on assigned routes. Candidates must hold a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement and demonstrate strong safety awareness, customer courtesy, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle to ensure safety equipment and controls are in proper working order.
• Safely operate the heavy truck along the designated route and service each customer as identified on the route sheet.
• Load refuse, operate the packer, and dispose of material at the designated facility in compliance with safety policies.
