Job summary

Pineland Construction & Recycling is hiring experienced Roll-Off Drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks, collect waste, and discharge at dump facilities. The role requires safe driving in residential areas, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and coordination with the operations manager to ensure efficient routes.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CDL with Air Brakes, maintain a clean driving record, and can pass a drug test.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and clean driver’s license. CDL and Air Brakes are required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test.
• Experience driving heavy-duty trucks and navigating residential areas.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to load, transport, and dispose of materials from customer sites to dump facilities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Collaborate with the operations manager to optimize routes and on-time service.
• Communicate professionally with customers on site and notify delays promptly.
