Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is hiring a full-time CDL B driver to safely operate waste collection trucks in the Mansfield, OH area. You will follow routes, perform pre/post trip checks, and ensure secure loads while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and DOT medical certification.
• Ability to read a map and follow routes safely.
• Strong communication with customers and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely per regulations and company policy.
• Enter/exit truck routinely and manage load and tarps.
• Communicate with dispatch on additional work orders.
• Maintain route and driver logs and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Inspect containers and secure loads to prevent debris loss.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates.
