Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL drivers for immediate openings in Arkansas. A $2,500 sign-on retention bonus will be paid over the first year, and there is a $10,000 driver award available every three years when criteria are met.

Roll-off drivers deliver and empty large containers for commercial customers. Responsibilities include securing loads, operating lift equipment, and performing daily inspections while maintaining safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL for the state of work with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand DOT regulations for commercial motor vehicles.
• Normal hearing and vision range without correction.
• Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Maintain written records and service responses.
• Speak and read English sufficiently to communicate with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook to container and using levers to lift onto the truck bed.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Answer customer questions and direct them to Customer Service or Sales for more info.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and complete DVIR per safety guidelines.
• Keep truck clean, inspect under the hood and tires, and log gas and fluid levels.
