Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is hiring a CDL Driver in Florida to safely operate Roll Off trucks along assigned routes, serving residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal customers.

You will collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials while delivering exceptional customer service and representing Coastal professionally. The role requires a valid CDL with a clean driving record, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to follow DOT regulations.

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Roll Off on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
