Job summary

ProLift Rigging is seeking a CDL/A licensed PLR Rigger to support crane operators on job sites. You will provide rigging operations and hand signals to ensure safe lifting of loads, while helping with setup, teardown, and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities include inspections, inventory monitoring, and adherence to DOT regulations. Candidates must travel, be able to lift 75 lbs, and pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is required.
• Experience with rigging and cranes is essential.
• Strong mechanical reasoning and math skills.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Knowledge of crane hand signals is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates within DOT laws and regulations.
• Represents the company professionally.
• Assists crane operator with crane maintenance and accessories.
• Sets up and tears down equipment as needed.
• Inspects truck and trailer; completes inspection reports.
• Monitors equipment inventory and reports shortages.
• Inspects, cleans, and maintains rigging gear.
• Signals or directs workers during hoisting operations.
• Ensures safety and reliability of rigging before lifting.
• Completes required ProLift-specific and client trainings.
