Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Residential Driver in Springdale, AR to safely provide waste removal services on curbside and backdoor routes.

You will load waste/recyclables, operate the truck and equipment, and ensure routes meet quality standards while adhering to safety policies. The role requires a High school diploma or GED and a Commercial Driver’s License, with at least one year of driving experience or a CDL school certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must be able to meet safety sensitive functions according to Company standards.
• Must demonstrate safe driving and equipment operation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate residential/recycling collection truck on assigned route.
• Load waste and/or recyclables and operate the compactor.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and reports.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain route standards.
