Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Residential Front Load Driver in New Carlisle, OH. You will service customers on assigned routes, collect waste or recycling, and operate different trucks. Candidates must have a valid Class B CDL, a DOT Medical Card, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in waste industry is a plus
• 1–2 years CDL truck driving preferred
• General knowledge of truck mechanics

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely to remove trash/recycling for customers and haul to disposal site
• Move containers from enclosures or inside buildings when needed
• Return carts to curb or designated area and maintain truck cleanliness
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete logs
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and support housekeeping and safety requirements
