Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate automated side load refuse trucks on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service throughout the route.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A or B CDL valid for the state.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives truck on pre-established routes and dumps refuse at designated facilities.
• Provides courteous, expeditious service to customers.
• Performs daily pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIR reports.
• Maintains truck cleanliness and reports issues.
• Oversees helpers on assigned routes.
