Job summary

Williamsburg Landing in Virginia is seeking a Driver to transport residents to events and appointments on and off campus, and to assist staff when needed. The role requires a CDL (with passenger endorsement) and a clean driving record, with a DOT physical at hire.

Weekend shifts and some evenings/night events are part of the schedule. Base pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with compensation up to $27.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess current driving license from Virginia and have a good driving record.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement required.
• A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any issues.
• Picks up residents or staff at appointed times and assists with loading.
• Ensures riders are safely secured before starting trips.
• Follows road safety rules and assists with emergency procedures.
