Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, with focus on safety and reliable service. You will oversee helpers, perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, and ensure proper disposal at landfills or transfer stations.

Qualified candidates hold a Class A or B CDL, are 21+, and can communicate clearly in English. The role requires adherence to DOT regulations and Waste Pro safety guidelines, with opportunities for awards based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL for the state of operation.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Ability to read/write English and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives truck on pre-established routes and dumps refuse.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service.
• Ensure proper pickup and disposal of garbage/recycling.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain clean truck; perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Comply with DOT/state requirements and company policies.
