Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication are required.
• CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement is required.
• DOT medical certification is required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Experience in residential or manual collection environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicle control and safe operation in tight spaces.
• Follow safety policies and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Complete routes safely and on time per dispatcher instructions.
• Coordinate with helpers to load waste and ensure safe backing.
• Provide courteous service to residential customers and report issues.
