Road & Rail Services in Spartanburg, SC is hiring Railroad Track Worker / Equipment Operator with CDL. Starting pay $25-$27 per hour, full-time with regional travel. No railroad experience required; will train you in maintenance and equipment operation.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid CDL, be willing to travel regionally, and perform outdoor, physically demanding work with safety as a priority. training provided on railroad track systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) at the time of application.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather.
• Willingness to learn railroad track maintenance and equipment operation.
• No previous railroad experience required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist with railroad track construction, inspection, maintenance, and repairs.
• Learn to replace railroad ties, repair track components, and maintain infrastructure.
• Operate or assist with equipment such as backhoes, loaders, tampers, and other machinery.
• Transport tools and materials to job sites and perform routine equipment checks.
• Follow safety procedures and work with crew to complete projects efficiently.
