Qualifications

• CDL license is required or preferred; valid medical card per DOT standards.
• Experience with driving ready mix trucks and performing basic inspections.
• Ability to read simple instructions and work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready mix trucks safely in yards, on highways, and at job sites.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections and ensure compliance with mix specs.
• Deliver to commercial and residential locations; load and discharge concrete.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and handle equipment safely.
• Communicate with supervisors and adhere to safety procedures.
• Adapt to varying job-site conditions and schedules.
• Assist with cleanup and other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate professionalism and dependability in all tasks.
