Job summary

Builders Supply - Ready Mix, a CRH company, is a leading supplier of ready mixed concrete and building materials in Louisiana. The Ready Mix Driver transports concrete to projects and customer sites, operating company trucks in industrial and residential areas per supervisor guidance.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL (A or B), pass DOT medical and background checks, and comply with safety rules. 18+ years old, willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mixer truck operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret basic project documents and measurements.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and complete required DOT documentation.
• Load/unload materials and monitor vehicle gauges during operation.
• Maintain logs, follow safety policies, and comply with dispatch instructions.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Travel as required and work nights/weekends when necessary.
