Job summary

Titan America, LLC's S&W Ready Mix division in New Bern, NC is seeking a CDL Ready Mix Driver to safely load, deliver and discharge ready-mix concrete while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, equipment upkeep, and coordinating with dispatch for smooth operations. A valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record is required, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record.
• Professional and courteous attitude at all times.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme heat/cold and weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and OT.
• Pass pre-employment processes including background check, DOT physical, drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck according to regulations.
• Load and deliver perishable product to customers with quality service.
• Follow safety procedures; assist with plant maintenance as needed.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and required paperwork.
