Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll drive a concrete mixer truck with a Class A or B CDL, provide top-notch customer service, and stay compliant with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional representation of SRM.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transfer and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
