Job summary

Ozinga Indiana Ready Mix Concrete Inc is seeking a Ready Mix Truck Driver to safely deliver concrete to customers in both rural and urban areas. You will perform DOT pre/post-trip inspections, read delivery tickets, and unload materials at job sites throughout the day.

The role requires a Class A or Class B CDL with airbrakes endorsement and a current medical certificate. Strong customer communication and reliability are essential for representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A or Class B CDL with airbrakes endorsement and a current medical certificate.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers and Dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete and related products to customers in rural and urban environments.
• Unload the concrete and return to yard multiple times per day using manual and automatic transmissions.
• Conduct DOT pre- and post-trip inspections and read Delivery Tickets for correct products and locations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and assist with related tasks as needed.
• Work in varying weather conditions and on uneven job sites.
