Job summary

Flippo Construction Company, Inc. in Forestville, MD is seeking an experienced Pump/Vacuum Truck Driver-Operator to support underground utility projects across DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland.

You will operate heavy vacuum and pump trucks, coordinate with the crew, and ensure safety in confined spaces. Requirements include a valid CDL A/B with Tanker Endorsement, DOT medical certification, and the ability to pass drug/alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• Experience driving and operating a vacuum truck/pump truck; 1 year preferred.
• Valid Class A or B CDL and Tanker Endorsement held.
• Hazardous Materials endorsement a plus.
• DOT Medical Examiners Certificate required; able to pass DOT drug/alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Check in with the Crew Leader daily for assignments.
• Safely operate the vacuum/pump truck for underground utility projects.
• Supervise and direct a Vacuum/Pump Truck Helper.
