Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is hiring an HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate. You will safely deliver HVAC products to customers and help maintain warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of truck driving experience, and a valid DOT medical certificate. CDL is highly desirable; forklift experience is a plus. Must be 21+ and able to communicate in English in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Forklift/appliance lift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry.
• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers/ other Sales Centers.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in Warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain daily truck maintenance checklists and times with returns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to management.
• Follow safe operation guidelines for truck and warehouse equipment.
• Keep truck and workspace clean and organized.
• Ensure loading/unloading is conducted safely with proper techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
