Job summary

Hilldrup’s full-time role leads a crew in customer moves, performs pre-trip inspections, and ensures safe transport of goods while delivering top-tier service. You will supervise up to five crew members on site and represent Hilldrup with professionalism in every move.

The role requires lifting up to 100 pounds solo and up to 400 pounds with a team, working in varied temperatures, and maintaining dependable, punctual teamwork; training for UVL Packer/Mover is provided on hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months to 1 year household goods experience.
• UVL Packer and Mover certification training provided on hire.
• Clean MVR, pass DOT physical and background check.
• Class B CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to five crew members during customer moves.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Transport customer goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and communication.
• Lift heavy items up to 100 pounds solo and up to 400 pounds with a team.
• Work in varying temperatures inside and outside.
