SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator (Ready Mix Truck Driver) in Texas. Eligible candidates hold a Class A or B CDL with a DOT Medical Card and a proven safe driving record.

You will deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites, maintain vehicle records, and uphold top‑notch customer service with a safety‑first mindset. You will be home daily, work local routes, and join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and career growth with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and safety commitment.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
