Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is hiring a Driver Merchandiser in Wichita Falls, TX. You will operate local routes, load and deliver beverages, merchandise shelves, and rotate stock to company standards.

Expect 40+ hour weeks, early hours, and potential incentives. Prior grocery/CPG exposure is a plus, with safety and regulatory compliance emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with no interstate restrictions and 21+ age.
• Clean driving record and DOT medical compliance.
• Ability to pass road test/certification per DOT rules.
• Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check load accuracy and stability before transit.

Job Location: Wichita Falls, TX and surrounding locations.
Work days/Shift Hours: 5:00am - until completion / Monday - Friday / 40+ hr work week / Combo Stores.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $28.45 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
• Pick up company property and secure company assets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
