Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join our team. You will drive local routes, deliver and merchandise beverages, and ensure shelves are stocked to Coca-Cola standards.

The role requires a valid Class-A CDL, clean driving record, ability to pass DOT tests, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided for new drivers and opportunities for bonuses exist.

Qualifications

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: 4:00 PM - Finish / Monday - Friday

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $31.38 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
