Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Wichita Falls, TX is hiring a Driver Merchandiser to deliver and replenish shelves along local routes on a 5:00am start, Monday–Friday.

You will check loads, merchandise, rotate products, and communicate with stores while maintaining compliance with DOT and company policies. Starting pay is $22.60–$28.45 per hour with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with no interstate restrictions, minimum age 21.
• Clean driving record and DOT physical qualifications.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds and physical endurance.
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $28.45 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
