Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a licensed CDL Driver to join our team in the Connecticut area. This role emphasizes safe delivery practices, timely scheduling, and accurate documentation from branch to customer site.

You will handle loads, perform pre-delivery checks, and work with the Delivery Material Handler to unload materials. A HazMat endorsement and flatbed experience are preferred. Home nightly, with benefits discussed during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL – Class B license.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screenings required.
• Flatbed truck experience preferred.
• HazMat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries: ensure safety from facility to customer, adhere to schedule.
• Document each delivery with photos using company system.
• Perform load checks and secure materials per regulations.
• Coordinate with Delivery Material Handler for unloading at the site.
• Complete logs and government paperwork accurately.
