ABC Supply, America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, seeks a licensed CDL Driver in Manchester, CT. You will deliver materials safely, maintain compliance, and be home every night.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, securing loads, documenting deliveries with photos, and coordinating with the Delivery Material Handler. CDL Class B required; pre-employment drug screen; ability to lift 75-100 lbs; prior flatbed experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly (heavy bundles of shingles).
• Pre-employment drug test and random drug screens required.
• Flatbed truck experience preferred and safety-focused load handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials safely and on schedule; be home nightly.
• Maintain a safe work zone at each job site and follow directives.
• Document each delivery with photos via company phone system.
• Perform load checks and ensure materials are secured before leaving the branch.
• Work with the Delivery Material Handler to unload materials as directed.
• Complete logs and government paperwork accurately and timely.
• Provide customer with an invoice and collect COD where applicable.
• May perform warehouse tasks including loading/unloading materials.
