Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a CDL Driver to join our local delivery team. You will ensure safe, timely deliveries, document each step with photos, and verify loads before leaving the branch.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and customer service as you interact with customers and keep accurate logs. The position does not require over-the-road travel, but it does require a valid CDL (Class A or B), the ability to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly, and readiness for drug testing.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A or B required.
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly.
• Pre-employment and random drug screens required.
• Flatbed and/or knuckle boom truck experience preferred.
• Crane certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries with safety and efficiency, maintaining schedule.
• Document each delivery with photos and logs.
• Conduct load checks and ensure truck is compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with Delivery Material Handler for material placement and unloading.
• Provide customer with invoice on COD deliveries and collect payment when needed.
• Support warehouse tasks such as loading/unloading as assigned.
