Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is hiring a delivery driver in Benicia, CA to service customers with daily routes and 10-12 stops. You will count and record deliveries, complete hazmat shipping papers, and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure DOT compliance.

Required are a High school diploma or GED, a valid CDL with hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days, and at least 2 years of driving experience. You must be 21+ and capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; fluent in reading/writing English.
• 2 years driving experience or recent Truck Driving School cert; valid CDL (Class A or B).
• Must be 21+ years old; hazmat endorsement or within 60 days of hire.
• No major violations in past 2 years; able to pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, documenting receipts.
• Count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report needed maintenance.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to meet goals.
