Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment North Royalton, OH is hiring a Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B) for 1st shift. You will deliver to customers with 10–12 stops daily, handle freight and paperwork, and ensure DOT compliance. Hazmat endorsement may be required within 60 days. Must be 21+, pass DOT medical exam, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School.
CDL license required (A or B) with hazmat endorsement preferred or within 60 days of hire.
Must be 21 years or older.
DOT physical and medical certificate required.
Hazmat endorsement may be needed within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers with an average of 10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork and customer service.
Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
Complete hazmat shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
Continuously learn how Linde operates to support growth.
