Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is hiring a reliable CDL driver responsible for delivering products to customers across multiple stops each day. The role requires hazmat endorsement (or obtaining it within 60 days), a compatible Class A/B CDL, and compliance with DOT safety rules.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure accurate shipment documentation. Applicants must be at least 21, possess a high school diploma or GED, and maintain clean driving and safety records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with an average of 10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked-up products.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continue learning about Linde’s operations to support growth.
