Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a CDL driver in Lenexa, KS. The person will deliver products to customers with around 10–12 stops per day, perform paperwork, and ensure excellent service while complying with DOT regulations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, 2 years of driving experience or truck driving certification with a valid CDL, hazmat endorsement (or within 60 days), and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with ability to read and write in English.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with a valid CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, suspensions, or moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, ~10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Learn how Linde’s business operates to support growth.
