Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A Class B CDL is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with ITS or related systems preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely work at heights >50 ft.
• Basic electrical/electronic concept knowledge helpful.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Windows/Linux hardware, video surveillance, radar/LIDAR, networking, fiber, Wi‑Fi, and radio systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair electronics, wiring, firmware, and components, including upgrades.
• Respond to maintenance requests and system alarms within established timeframes.
• Conduct field testing and verification of equipment and systems.
• Complete reports, logs, and work orders related to maintenance activities and system status.
