Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of general work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform work at heights and follow safety rules.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, networking concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment and related systems.
• Maintain and repair Windows and Linux-based hardware, networks, and surveillance equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair electronics, wiring, firmware, and hardware.
• Respond to service calls and system alarms within set timeframes.
• Conduct field testing and verify equipment and systems.
• Complete reports, logs, and work orders documenting maintenance and issues.
• Keep spare equipment and tools organized and available per guidelines.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with team members.
